I’ve “landed” in the cheese world because I needed more contact with people and a “concrete” activity. This product is a source of passion and tells a lot of stories, but it is also a way to engage into a cause, for good food and fair consumption. Meeting with farmers and producers builds striking memories, I now want to share them through the tastings I organize.
